DAY 2: CITY TOUR LA PAZ AND MOON VALLEY HALF-DAY

Begin your day with a pickup from your hotel for a guided tour of La Paz. Explore the vibrant neighborhoods of San Pedro and Sopocachi, each offering a unique glimpse into the city's culture and history. Enjoy a scenic cable car ride that provides stunning panoramic views of La Paz and its surrounding landscape.

Continue your excursion to the Valley of the Moon, located just 10 kilometers from the city center. Marvel at the peculiar clay formations sculpted by wind and rain, earning it the name "Valley of the Moon," in homage to Neil Armstrong's lunar landing. Take in the breathtaking vistas from the Killi Killi viewpoint, offering a 360-degree panorama of the city.

DAY 3: TIWANAKU FULL DAY

Embark on a full-day excursion to the Tiwanaku Archaeological Complex, located approximately 72 kilometers from La Paz. Tiwanaku is an ancient Pre-Inca archaeological site and a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its monumental temples and artifacts.

Your guided tour will take you to the Ceramic Museum, showcasing artifacts from the Tiwanaku civilization. Explore the archaeological site, including the Akapana Pyramid, Semi-subterranean Temple, Kalasasaya Temple, "Puerta del Sol," and the Ponce Monolith. DAY 4: LA PAZ – LAKE TITICACA: SUN ISLAND

Today, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Copacabana, a charming town on the shores of Lake Titicaca. Upon arrival, board a boat to the Port of Pilkokaina, situated in the southern part of Sun Island. Known as the legendary birthplace of the Inca Empire, Sun Island offers stunning views and a rich cultural heritage.

Enjoy a local dish, Athapi, for lunch at La Estancia Eco-Lodge, located atop the island. The lodge offers breathtaking vistas of the lake and a chance to explore the ancient Inca ruins of Pilkokaina Palace during a leisurely uphill walk.

Upon arrival in Uyuni, you'll be greeted by a tour representative holding a sign with your name. From there, embark on a journey to explore the unique landscapes of Uyuni.

Your first stop is the Train Cemetery, showcasing old locomotives from 1899 that once transported Bolivian minerals to Chilean ports. Next, immerse yourself in the breathtaking Salt Desert, where you'll encounter fascinating natural formations such as Salt Blocks, Salt Water Eyes, and the First Salt Hotel, now a museum.

Enjoy a typical lunch on the shores of the beautiful Incahuasi Island, nestled in the heart of the salt desert. Take a 45-minute walk to the island's summit, offering panoramic views of the salt flats from an elevation of approximately 3822 meters above sea level.
