Trip Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Arrive in the lively capital city of Kathmandu, where your adventure begins. Upon landing at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day resting after your journey or exploring the vibrant streets of Thamel, known for its bustling markets, cafes, and trekking shops.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour

Spend the day exploring the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of Kathmandu with a guided sightseeing tour of its UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Visit the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) for panoramic views of the city, and immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere of the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most sacred Hindu temples. Marvel at the grandeur of the Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world, and explore the historic Kathmandu Durbar Square, a vibrant hub of traditional Nepali architecture and history.

Day 3: Kathmandu – Lukla (2,860m) – Monjo (2,835m)

Take an early morning flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region, where the adventure truly begins. After landing on the famous short runway, start your trek by descending through lush forests and passing picturesque Sherpa villages. Cross suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. The day's trek ends in Monjo, located just before the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park.

Day 4 & 5: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Begin the day by entering Sagarmatha National Park, where you'll officially be trekking in the Everest region. The trail involves a steep ascent to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant trading hub of the Khumbu region. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Everest and its neighboring peaks. Namche Bazaar is a lively town where trekkers gather, making it the perfect place to acclimatize.

Day 5: Rest and Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar

Day 6 & 7: Trek to Tengboche & Dingboche

Cross the Dudh Koshi River on a suspension bridge before beginning a steep climb through forests of rhododendron and pine. Explore Nangkartshang Gompa or take a short hike to the Nangkartshang Viewpoint (5,083 m / 16,676 ft) for stunning vistas of Makalu, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. Use this time to relax and recharge for the challenging Kongma La Pass crossing tomorrow.

Day 9: Trek to Lobuche (4,940 m / 16,207 ft) via Kongma La Pass (5,535 m / 18,159 ft)
This is one of the most challenging days of the trek as you cross Kongma La Pass, the first of the three high passes. The ascent to the pass is steep and rocky, but the panoramic views from the top are absolutely worth the effort. After crossing the pass, descend to the Khumbu Glacier and continue on to Lobuche, a small settlement surrounded by awe-inspiring peaks like Pumori and Nuptse.

Day 10 & 11: Rest in Lobuche and Trek to Everest Base Camp

Take the day to recover from the challenging Kongma La Pass crossing and acclimatize to the high altitude. You can explore the area around Lobuche, enjoying views of nearby peaks like Pumori and Nuptse. Rest is crucial as you prepare for the trek to Everest Base Camp tomorrow.

Day 11: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m / 17,598 ft), Stay at Gorakshep (5,164 m / 16,942 ft)
Today is one of the most anticipated days of the trek. Follow the trail along the Khumbu Glacier to Gorakshep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. Drop your gear at the teahouse in Gorakshep and continue trekking to Everest Base Camp, where you'll be rewarded with incredible views of the Khumbu Icefall and surrounding peaks. Spend time soaking in the atmosphere at the base of the world's highest mountain before returning to Gorakshep for the night.

Day 12 & 13: Trek to Zongla and Cross Cho La Pass

Day 12: Morning Visit to Kalapattar (5,545 m / 18,192 ft) and Trek to Zongla (4,830 m / 15,846 ft)
Wake up early for a hike to Kalapattar, the ultimate viewpoint for unobstructed panoramic views of Mount Everest, Nuptse, and other towering Himalayan peaks. Witness an unforgettable sunrise over the mountains before descending back to Gorakshep for breakfast. Afterward, continue trekking to Zongla, a peaceful village where you'll rest and prepare for the challenging Cho La Pass crossing the next day.

Day 14 & 15: Trek to Gokyo - Trek over Renjo La Pass

Day 14: Trek to Gokyo (4,790 m / 15,715 ft), Half-Day Rest
Today’s trek is shorter and leads to the tranquil village of Gokyo, located beside a stunning turquoise glacial lake. The Gokyo Lakes are considered sacred and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Spend the afternoon exploring the area around Gokyo Lake or simply resting and soaking in the serene atmosphere.

Day 15: Cross Renjo La Pass (5,360 m / 17,585 ft) and Stay at Marlung (4,210 m / 13,812 ft)
The trek continues with the third and final high pass, the Renjo La Pass. The ascent is challenging, but the views from the top are among the most spectacular of the trek. Enjoy a panoramic vista of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and the Gokyo Lakes. After taking in the views, descend along rocky trails to reach Marlung, a quiet village on the way to Thame.

Day 16 & 17: Trek to Thame - Trek to Monjo

The trail leads to Thame, a quaint village renowned for being the hometown of legendary mountaineers like Tenzing Norgay and Apa Sherpa. Explore the historic Thame Monastery, one of the oldest and most spiritual sites in the region.
