As countries and travel bans lift we are fully prepared and ready to get you on one of our award winning and life changing adventures.

We want to offer flexibility for future travel. With our new Book with Confidence policy, we are letting you cancel and rebook your trip closer to the time of departure, giving you added flexibility and peace of mind.

We are offering peace of mind booking, allowing flexibility for new bookings: 100% refund up until 60 days before departure (minus processing fees associated with bookings).‍

What happens if FlashpackerConnect postpones my trip because of COVID-19 travel restrictions?

If we postpone your trip due to COVID-19 restrictions we are offering full credits for a future booking or a full refund of the trip costs, less any penalties by accommodation providers (hotels etc) or any localized services that we are unable to recoup costs from.

If you choose to rebook you will receive full credits to be used towards future travel with us, good through December 31, 2022.

If you cancel your trip what happens?

You can cancel your trip up to 60 days before departure and transfer 100% of your travel credit to any future trip, these credits must be used by December 31, 2022.
